Jay got back to me by email right away- on a Saturday. He came out a few days later to perform the work. He was quiet, neat, and got everything done very quickly. His prices were very fair. I will certainly use him again.

Team Electric was prompt, complete, and reasonably priced.

The night before I called Team Electric, I had to disable several smoke alarms, all connected to the home's interior wiring, that were keeping us awake half the night with persistent false alarms. I called around mid-morning, and before the end of the day, they came with a box of new smoke alarms and installed them for a very reasonable price. They were efficient and friendly.

They arrived on schedule and performed everything I asked promptly and at reasonable cost.

Everything ran extremely well. Don and Jay are very pleasant, as they have always been in the past, and are very efficient. We had a unique situation with this installation, which they were able to resolve quickly. We needed a new phone jack installed in our sunroom, but the original connection to run the line originated at the phone line box on the exterior sunroom wall that had been rewired for an IP cable line. They determined how to connect the new line and mounted the new phone jack exactly where we wanted/needed it. They gave their input about the location too, which help us clarify that it made sense to install it in an efficient and practical location. The installation was completed very quickly. There was very little debris, which they cleaned up immediately after the work was complete. Parts and labor were included in the price, which was what we had expected. We highly recommend Team Electric for any electrical/phone jack job that you may have!

The team arrived on time and were very efficient. I added extra work as they were there and it was no problem. All work was performed quickly and neatly. I will be calling them back for some other jobs coming up in the future.
