Rich went over and above what he had to do. He put down round up in areas before he put down the mulch so the weeds would not come through. He edged a new planted bed before he put down the mulch and called for more mulch than originally ordered as he felt a little more was needed. The beds look great!! I got more than my moneys worth. I would definitely use Rich and his crew again!!

Rick has done landscaping work for years in our townhouse development, and he was very highly recommended by our neighbor. We were completely happy with the results. I tested it thoroughly by running a hose against our building for an hour and the leak was fixed -- the waterproofing worked, and the french drain carried away the water to the curb. Rick went above and beyond what I had asked for, and did all of the following at no extra cost, on his own initiative: (1) He connected the downspout to the newly installed french drain, (2) He ran the french drain all the way to our curb rather than just to our driveway, (3) he installed a more attractive pop-up drain at the curb rather than just dumping the water out of the pipe, and (4) he brought in mulch for the garden so that it looked better than before he started. Rick's workers did an excellent job of putting the sod back over the trench, and cleaning everything up. I paid less than I expected, and got better results than I expected. I enthusiastically recommend Rick Garza.

I called him for work and he would say that he would come out and never did. I called him again and he said he would come out and he did not show. He would call the following week and say he was coming and didn't show. I told him if you can't do the work just say so. By the fourth call he said he was coming and never showed.
