+ -1 moreThey get stains out that other carpet cleaners have not been able to get out. They are easy to work with, dependable, and their pricing is very reasonable.
Description of Work: They have cleaned the carpet in my entire house for last four years. They clean the carpets in the living room, bedrooms, stairs, hallways etc.

+ -1 moreI've used SteamTech for the last 4 years (approximately twice a year). I had an appointment over a week ago. He did not show up. I've left multiple messages. Not using SteamTech ever again.
Description of Work: Steam clean carpets on 2nd floor and 2 sets of stairs as well as 1 bedroom on first floor and one area rug. Only tracking areas - no need to move furniture.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE A STRONG VACUUM, SO THERE IS VERY LITTLE MOISTURE LEFT IN THE CARPET. WE ARE ABLE TO USE THE AREA IN ONLY A FEW HOURS. HE IS METICULOUS, AND ABLE TO GET ALL OF THE STAINS OUT.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED OUR LARGE FRONT ROOM, THREE BEDROOMS, AND THE HALLWAY.
