I saw the reviews on home advisor and was impressed with the overall theme of quality, honest service. I decided I would reach out to Bart and have him look at my septic issue. He was delayed in getting to my homes problem due to the weather (rain) wettest year on record for NC. I opted to wait until he was free to do the work rather than go with another company. I am so glad I waited. Bart and Sons took care of the problem, explained and showed me everything while it was being done, charged a fair price and I cannot be happier with their professionalism. I would recommend them for anything septic! I will use them in the future to pump my tank as well! As other reviewers have mentioned you cannot ask for anything more from a service provider/contractor! Quick response after contact through Home Advisor, had an email at 7 AM the next morning. Bart found the problem and handled the repair quickly. He's honest, hardworking, and fair. All you can ask for in a contractor. Would highly recommend him.

Bart responded almost immediately to the home advisor referral, through email. I got my phone info to him, he called and we set up an apptmt for a check of our system. He found our problems, addressed them with me, repaired them, showed me how to maintain our system for less future problems, and pumped out our tank. All for less than I had anticipated. His main focus was definitely on customer service and not $. He's a very friendly gentleman, full of knowledge to share. I will never hesitate to call him, even to just ask a question. He has my full, unrestricted recommendation...

My only regret is that the rating system only goes up to 5! These guys are absolutely the best. Not only will your system be much better off after Bart and his crew have fixed it - you will have a much better understanding of how it works and how to take care of it.
