Mr. Lockhart arrived promtly at 8:30 as specified and was both friendly and professional. He looked at the area that would be cleaned and I showed him the spots where our puppy had accidents. He explained the process for cleaning the carpets and completing the pet extraction. Those whole process was quick as it only took 2.5 hours andthe carpets dried very quickly as well. When He was done, we walked thorugh the rooms and he showed me the pet extraction area. The carpet looked fantastic! It was clean, all of the dog hair was gone, it smellled fresh (not like chemicals), and was not soaking wet!. I highly recommend Fred Lockhart and Oxi Fresh and I would contact him again for future carpet cleaning.
Description of Work: We had 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs cleaned. We have a puppy who had a few accidents on the carpet so we requested pet extraction and odor destroyer where we new she had an accident.
