They responded to our initial contact immediately! Came exactly when they said they would on Friday and installed the system on Monday. Explained everything to us before and after installation. Showed us comparisons with several other companies but never said anything negative about the other companies…kept insuring us that all of them were good reputable companies with good products. We were able to make comparisons between the systems for the treatment recommended as a result of our water testing which was done on the spot. Very happy with the service and the lifetime warranty.

We had Orca install a water softener and reverse osmosis system for drinking water. They did a prompt and professional job and were excellent to work with. The quality of the water in our house is now excellent. There is a noticeable difference in the taste and now lack of hardness. We are very satisfied with the work and product. Most importantly, we had a couple minor issues which Kevin, the owner addressed the same day! Well worth it given the water before was awful.

His plumbers are very good as well and they all do a great job of explaining their products and process. They use Maytag systems, carry $1M single incident/$2M aggregate insurance, pull permits and schedule multiple inspections ensuring your home is protected and the system is done properly. Would definitely reccomend.

Kevin and the crew were great. Kevin made sure to send updates about the schedule, what was going on, etc. The two guys with the crew, sorry I don’t remember their names, were on time and worked steadily to complete all aspects of the install. They also made sure to update me with the stages of the install and to get my feedback on the different decisions that needed to be made. They dealt easily with the different challenges that our older house posed. We can already tell the difference with the water.

We love the difference this makes on skin and hair, as well as lack of water hardness buildup on shower door (less to clean)! Also love knowing I’m cooking with cleaner water and keeping hardness minerals out of my food (and coffee)!
