When Adam and his team come to open/close our pool, they do a very fine service. Their maintenance technician last season (2023) did a poor job of consistently cleaning our pool. Due to discrepancy, it has been difficult to rectify an invoice, late charges incurred without warning, and contacting any office person is not easy. Emails sent are not responded to, and phone calls are not always answered - we will be looking for another service to maintain our pool over the season.
