This company appears to take advantage of the elderly. My parents used them for a toilet replacement (twice). My mother did not like the first toilet as it did not flush well. She was charged double what other plumbers would have charged for the toilet. When I noticed the new toilet rocked, left to right, I told my parents to have the company come back and install the toilet properly. It had been rocking since install, three weeks, and in that amount of time the wax ring could have been compromised. Additionally, their previous toilets did not need a shim and did not rock. The floor is level and is tile. Most likely the toilet flange was not installed correctly. When the company came out they did not check the install and only added a shim. Even when asked about the issue with the wax ring and install the plumber blew my elderly mother off. Now I have to pay another company to come and check their work and properly install the toilet. I would not recommend using New Light Services

The owner, Joe, came out to assess the job we would need done. He was incredibly prompt to come out and they did a fantastic job getting us in asap to get our leaking water heater replaced. Price was incredibly reasonable and the employees who performed the job were professional and courteous.

Since flickering lights can indicate a potentially dangerous electrical problem, they came out right away. The problem was with more than one switch/outlet and took a while to resolve, but the electrician stuck with it and made multiple repairs until the problem was fixed. The electrician was very knowledgeable and personable.

Great prompt service. This was a replacement that had a warranty still valid on the leaking one. Through New Light, they were able to contact the wholesaler and a new upgraded water heater was delivered to my house for just a $50 charge for the water heater. Of course, there was a labor charge for installation + disposal of the old one. Would call them again for any work needed in my home.

They did a fantastic job. He was just so helpful and showed my son how to do it. He did his job and left and it was good.
