She was simply a life saver. In a stressful situation, her dedication and knowledge made the process go smoothly. Our townhouse sold in two days, and her diligence certainly contributed to that. The house we built is our dream house in great part due to recommendations by her. We could not possibly be any happier with our experience with Darien Coleman.
Description of Work: Darien Coleman acted as our buyer's agent to build a new home in Rolesville, NC and our seller's agent to sell a townhouse in Cary, NC. She negotiated for us to build our house and provided expert feedback to get additional inspections. This allowed us to identify problems that the builder did not see and ensure they were rectified by the builder. She attended all meetings with us and documented all items needing to be repaired in the house being built. She kept all documents organized and followed up on everything in a timely manner. She even assisted us in caring for our son during meetings when he was fussy. She went well above what was expected. Acting as our seller's agent, she provided guidance about preparing our home, took photographs, printed up a very thorough booklet of information for interested parties, and even did a couple tasks such as taking in our garbage cans to enhance curb appeal.
