The work was done and it was acceptable, the price was fair. The work on my house was often deprioritized for other clients (who were selling their house), and while disappointing was okay because I wasn't in a huge hurry. Here's the rub. Now, nearly two years later, my roof is leaking. THREE independent roofing experts have informed me shingles were clearly damaged during the gutter guard installation and that the gutter guards are, in fact, improperly installed. They all told me to contact the company doing this work and have them fix it. Chris emailed me back write away and made a promise to come look at the roof that week. Here we are two months later and several email exchanges, and he still hasn't come to look. This behavior indicates to me that he is not interested in correcting his error, and that is not okay. I am now paying someone $1200 to fix the roof, the gutter and the guards, and who know how much more it will cost me to fix the inside water damage. His lack of accountability has been very disappointing. I understand it is two years later, but three professional roofers have corroborated the damage and all he does is promise (and fail) to come check it out.

I have been very pleased with the service that I have received. I like his constant communication about the status of the job. I like his willingness to give me ideas and suggestions.

Contacted Home Pride and had the desired estimate within 2 days. Power washing of the house went so well I asked him about painting shutters and the garden shed. We agreed on a price where I selected the paint and he would apply it as the weather permitted. A worker was sent and the additional job was completed in 2 days. We have agreed on some additional household chores but a family situation has not permitted me to prepare for them. I will call him for future work.

Chris is the person I used for all the work. Each time I have had work done by them, they were the most inexpensive.
