They have a good selection. The quality was great. They were better than another hardware store customer service-wise.

They are actually better than I expected. They are easy to deal with, easy to get hold of. They were some issues, but they did work them out. It looks a little bit of time, when they first installed the few windows that were wrong or one was broken so they have to install those. It has been a few weeks later, a little longer than I wanted but the job was really well done. We are happy with them.

I expected the representative to present us with several different options of windows that they carry in their showroom but that's not what happened at all. Instead, when the salesman showed up, I was told that Sequel windows were the only windows Home Depot installed so this was the only window he had with him and the only window that he gave us an estimate for. I had requested an estimate to replace all of our double-hung windows, the bay window in our kitchen, and the patio door leading onto our deck. After agreeing to do so he then proceeded to estimate just the replacement of the double-hung windows. After reviewing the Sequel windows online we decided that Sequels were not the brand of windows we wanted installed in our home.

It was okay and they were the cheapest. We had plenty of options and they tried to work within our means.

He was very short, and borderline rude. He acted like the job wasn't big enough and his time was too valuable for how small the job was.

They were prompt to come and give an estimate and there was no pressure to buy. In addition the installer came out to double check the measure measurements before the final order was placed. The only complaint although minimal is the project manager I had to contact them three times to get a date for the installer to do final measurements and to confirm that the original install date was still good as it was made two weeks out. The most impressive thing was I couldn't believe how fast they worked because within an 1 and half they had ripped out 10 of the 17 windows and had the new ones in. By lunch all they had left to take out and install was 3 windows and to put the final trim and caulk up. They were completely done and cleaned up and even showed me how to use the windows by 4:30 pm.

I knew I wanted a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom and double doors up top. The sales person at Home Depot showed me their selection and helped me choose the one I wanted. They did charge for delivery but will give it back to me in a rebate. They hooked everything up fine and it is working. I saved enough money because of a sale they were having to purchase the 4-year extended warranty.

WE HAVE USED HOME DEPOT FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH THEM THEY DO WHAT YOU LIKE AND WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY WILL FIX IT.

THEY CAME OUT TO PLACE MY EXTERIOR DOOR, AND THEY CUT THE OPENING TO WIDE. THEN THEY TRIED TO FILL THE OPENING WITH PUTTY. IT LOOKS REALLY BAD. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REDO THE WHOLE DOOR AND OPENING, BUT HAVE NOT YET.
