HERITAGE PLAYSETS

Paul (owner I think) came out to give us a quote on a playset. Spent about 30-45 mins of our time going over what we wanted. We informed him we would need to submit to our HOA and everything seemed great at that point, he had out his iPad, taking down measurements and doing mock ups. When he left my wife and I felt pretty good about getting a customized playset. After not receiving a quote for 2-3 weeks, I called Paul and he had no idea of who we were, no recognition at all!. He apologized and said he would look through quotes for ours. I then received a generic email from him saying it would be about what it would with a link to a badly done video pulled from his website. Nothing was custom at all! Stay away from Heritage Playsets and all his other businesses of which Stone Xperts is one. He says they are stone experts, deck experts, painting experts, blah, blah, blah.... They need to become professional business people before trying to be experts at anything!

Great work. The quality of other big box kits and even the more expensive brands do not come close. They did a great job working around the rain to finish the job in a very timely manner.

I would highly recommend this company. They always returned my calls or emails. The did exactly what they said they would do. There were no hidden costs. They sanded all corners of the wood for safety; even the edges the kids most likely would not touch. The started the job on time and completed on time. In addition, no deposit until the job was complete. And, the kids love it!

I sent an e-mail on Sunday afternoon and received a call back within 10 minutes of sending the e-mail. The sales person was able to give me a Tuesday appointment which fit my schedule. He arrived on time, looked at the backyard and came up with a sketch based on our ackward lot size and the options we wanted. He provided me with a price and a written estimate. Two days later the crew was in our backyard building the playset. The crew was great. Because of our awkward lot size and trees I asked the crew notifed me when they were about to add an option (swings, fireman's pole,slide). They did, and we were able to make some slight modifications from the sketch which was a better placement of the equipement. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions during the set-up process. Our children are delighted with the playground.

We have enjoyed this playset for 2-3 years now; it has held up beautifully and we love it. It compares very favorably to our prior Woodplay set (at our old house). Service was outstanding, very prompt, very responsive, very friendly and trustworthy. A GREAT DEAL FOR THE MONEY.

It was a great experience. They did exactly what they said they would and it was what we wanted. We did not have any problems at all about anything. They gave us an estimate and it was right on.
