Angela was excellent to work with! She was on time for all appointments, made reasonable recommendations (both price-wise and in line with our tastes). The furniture and rug ordered through Help Me Rhonda are high quality and we are enjoying them. They did take a while to arrive after ordering, so if you need something quickly, ask if they are able to rush orders. We were in no hurry, so it all worked out great for us. Highly recommend!

Extremely well. Angela called to set up the appointment in my home and we discussed the project, including recommendations for several pieces of furniture. The next time I met Angela at their design studio and she had samples of rugs and fabric ready to preview. She was very easy to work with and listened to my preferences, likes and dislikes. I took the samples home to see them in my living room and we finalized most of the choices. We will finalize the design choices soon. I also went to their furniture store another time and met more of the staff. All were very welcoming and helpful.

Rhonda helped with selecting colors and furniture for A complete home remodel.... awesome service and it turned out fantastic.

It went great. Angela and i split the time up into two 1-hr sessions, both at my house, to talk about what should be done, picking out colors, cabinets, countertops, etc. She also had great references to get the other work done for the remodel. She's punctual, professional, and communicated well, texting whenever we needed to clear up a question. At the moment i'm in the midst of the remodel, but i know i'll be asking Angela for help again once it's done and i need to accent the newly done kitchen.

Angela was great. Very down to earth and helpful in terms of giving me options and helping get through some of my interior decorating blindspots with about being at all condescending.

When I asked a question that didn't apply to my kitchen or bedroom she was responsive. I asked her something about the bathroom which, wasn't part of what I asked her to do. She was helpful, and seemed willing to do it. I was appreciative of it.

The first visit there wasn't anything that stuck out.

Purchased tile for backsplash and fireplace. Great to work with. Knowlegable, friendly and professional. Very punctual. Definitely would use again.

So I didn't get any...what I would consider to be any real design advice. She was very agreeable. I did this house by my self; there is no woman's touch anywhere in it and I was kind of hoping to get some of that.

They came on time and worked within my budget. I had the two rooms painted within 3 hours. I love the new look.

We built new home and needed window treatments. Rhonda met me and measured our windows and gave price for shades. I agreed to order but later changed my mind. I contacted her and she refunded my money.

We have recently moved into another house and I had lots of questions - 4 typed pages in fact! Angela did a wonderful job looking at what we already had and recommending better ways of arranging our stuff. We looked at possible new colors that would work better and discussed where I could find certain pieces of furniture. She let me know her company sold furniture and could subcontract vendors but did not push those services on me, which I really appreciated. I was extremely satisfied with Angela and plan to have her return to arrange my family pictures wall and display cabinets after I implement some of her other suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

Great. We have several projects in mind so we toured our home with Rhonda advising us on what we could do to update. She gave us lots to think about and we are still thinking (!) - deciding what to do and which project to start with. Rhonda has links with several contractors and providers so I would feel confident using anyone she recommends to us. We will definitely be in touch with her again once we decide where to start. It was useful to visit her showroom/office to look at samples of the things we discussed such as blinds and carpets and countertops.

I have asked you repeatedly to stop requesting a review of this company, and been told repeatedly it had been taken care of. Let's get this done!

Angela was very professional, was on time, used the time efficiently, and was easy to talk to. She was very helpful with deciding on the tile I wanted and talking through options for the living room. I liked that she didn't push me one way or the other on the decisions, but just helped me figure out what I wanted to do. Once the time in the initial package I bought was over, the hourly cost was a bit more than I could do, so I didn't continue, but I got some very useful information from the time I spent.

I purchased the 2-hour consultation special at $115.00. I continue to work with Angela to get advise & assistance in choosing paint colors for our walls as well as advice and ideas on all phasing of decorating. Her suggestions has been valuable. I will provide a complete review once my first floor project is completed.

As I recall, the designer was late, which was a problem since I had to leave work early to meet her. But, she was enthusiastic and gave me a couple of good suggestions when she arrived. She implied she would work with me long-term, saying things like "we'll get to that after we finish this" - offering to help me pick out curtains or re-design the ones I have, etc., offering to help me with furniture placement and paint colors, etc. And I was looking forward to working with her. However, she was not responsive when I had questions, and did not follow up with me when I needed further help. For example, when we discovered that the bed comforter we both picked out of a sample book was no longer manufactured, she told me to look for one myself. I asked her for paint suggestions for my bathroom, and she said she couldn't give me any ideas until we found a comforter. When I said the light fixture was too pricey for the moment, she did not offer any alternatives. She was a nice person, but seemed distracted by personal issues and didn't seem interested in helping beyond the initial consultation.

The visit went well. Rhonda is always prepared and understands the colors I like and what I am trying to achieve. We selected pillow material that will add the color punch that I am looking for. After her visit, I hung the pictures and mirror based on her suggestions and they look great. I located lamps based on her recommendations and I even sent photos for her critique until I found some that were just right. I will continue to work with Rhonda on future projects.

This was the second time that I had purchased this type of deal, and both times I met with Angela. She's great! She answered questions, offered suggestions, hung pictures, etc.

I originally purchased a deal from HMR to get some ideas on how to redecorate the first floor of a 35 Y.O. contemporary house. Based on my initial impression of them I selected HMR to do the job. The project: 1. remove popcorn from ceilings, repair any damage and paint in 5 areas. The areas were living room [cathedral ceiling], foyer [2 story ceiling], two hallways and dining room. 2. paint walls, bookcases, stairway, doors and trim, add accent colors in the 5 areas above. Clean kitchen cabinet doors and repair hinges on 3 cabinets. 3. remove tile countertop and backsplash in kitchen, replace with quartz countertop and tile backsplash 4. remove existing trac lighting and replace with new trac lighting in kitchen, add new lighting in foyer 5. reupholster living room sofa, clean cushions on existing contemporary rocker and footstool The completed project was everything I was hoping for, it's simply stunning. Needless to say, a project like this is going to run into problems along the way. Angela Krause and the rest of the HMR team resolved these issues in every case, from a delay in the countertop material to rescheduling contractors to installing the new faucet. They kept me advised and I kept HMR advised as to how things were going. All of the contractors were polite, punctual, and professional They did excellent work and cleaned up every day. The workmanship was so good in fact that it exceeded my expectations. I have no reservations in recommending Help Me Rhonda and will use them again when I tackle redoing the second floor of the house.

It was okay. I don't know that I got a whole lot of value out of it. It was a "Big Deal" so the price was great. I haven't done anything with them. They gave me some ideas.
