Gutter Monkey

I called and spoke to Nate on June 6th, and he told me he would come by to check out my gutters, and provide an estimate. On June 12, he emailed me to tell me he had gone up on my roof on June 9 (without having notified me), and gave me a quote and a description of how he would clean the gutters. On June 30, I emailed Nate thanking him for the quote and telling him we would like the work done as soon as possible. I did not hear back from him. A week later, I called and left a voicemail restating that I would like to have the work done. I did not hear back. A few weeks later, I called back restating that I would like the work done as soon as possible. I am very disappointed with the rudeness of this company in providing a quote for a job, then never responding to any of my calls and emails.
