+ -1 moreSteve was excellent. His price for replacing a garbage disposal was $180 less than my plumber's price. And while it turned out that my 15 year old refrigerator couldn't be repaired because the circuit board was no longer manufactured, he performed a diagnostic at a reasonable price and did all he could to fix it. I'll use him from now on for all my large appliance repairs.

Description of Work: The auto load sensing electronic module was replaced as a result of Great Appliance Repair's diagnostic results. He knew what the problem was before he came out, had the parts he needed to repair it with him, and he had our refrigerator working again within 30 minutes! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. So thankful we didn't have to go out and spend over $1000 on a new refrigerator! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him with any appliance repair issue we might have in the future. :)

+ -1 moreSteve was right on time and very professional. He was able to explain every step of the process. He found a big ball of lint clogged up in my exaust vent. He was able to fix the dryer and get it working again. He also tested my dryer air flow and wanted to find out what exatcly stopped my dryer from working.
Description of Work: My dryer in the laundry room had stopped working. He had to replace thermo over load and test dryer vent.

Description of Work: Figured out a confusing problem with my refrigerator, knew about my particular refrigerator model having this particular problems. He removed back wall, removed ice buildup from fan, repaired icemaker leak.
