The crew was excellent. I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness. They worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up the limbs, and all at a very reasonable price.

It worked out pretty well. They were superb. They were very responsive. They were really very good.

I could not be more pleased especially when the other company failed to show up for an estimate.

Pretty well. They did leave a couple big dents in the ground from where the trees dropped, and took some branches off of a nearby bush, but it was right between the 2 trees so I imagine it was a bit unavoidable.

Price was fair. Service was ok, but not great. I had to walk around the property and ask the team to fix a couple things that were previously discussed. After the team left, I realized they didn't remove the soil/chips from a large stump. I paid someone else for that. I'd only use again for a smaller project where I'd make sure everything was completed as previously discussed. I got the impression that the team leader was unaware of the work he was supposed to complete. This may be due to the fact that the estimator had come only the day before and had a cancellation the following day.

EXCELLENT! Brian was a great communicator, gave a very reasonable estimate quickly and got the work scheduled within a week! They arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job. We will be using them again for ongoing maintenance and any other emergent needs we may have.

They did get work. All the trees were very close to the house and nothing hit during the removal. They cleaned up everything and left the yard in good shape.

The five-man crew completed the job, including stump removal and cleaning, in just 20 minutes. The area was 100 percent cleaner than when they arrived. Very quick, professional job. We were impressed by their efficiency.

It went very well. Trees were cut quickly and cleanly, and they cleaned up thoroughly. They were courteous and professional.

Great! They were punctual, quick and neat.

They did an amazing job! They showed up with five huge trucks and were done with the large poplar and a small cherry tree in the span of 40 minutes or so, with nothing left but a small pile of mulch where each stump was.

Could not have been better. Work came in on budget, workers showed up on time, were quick and quiet and completed cutting and clean up in about 2 hours. I would use the company again without hesitation.

Sent Gonzalez Tree Care an email to get a quote and NEVER heard from them. It seems to be a common practice with a number of these guys!

I contacted Gonzalez Tree Care through Angie's List on a Saturday evening. They responded within a few hours. Brian came by and gave an estimate first of the week and the work was performed the following week. The work was well done, neat and tidy, no damage to the yard. I can highly recomend them.

Excellent, Brian came by ASAP to give estimate. I hired them for round 1 and it went so well I had them come back. I had several TALL LELAND in very tricky areas and they were able to cut and stump grind. They were extremely neat in cleaning up and making sure my neighbors property was ok also. Would def. hire again. Price was right considering I got 8 Estimates and some wanted almost 500-600 a tree. I have a 30 foot wall in my backyard so it was very tricky!

The whole thing went perfectly! Gonzales came within 2 hours of my call and removed the part of the tree leaning on my house. They returned two days later, completely removed the tree (had to be hand-carried out of the yard), swept up the debris and finished by blowing away the remainder of the debris.

They were great. After calling multiple tree companies, Gonzales met me the soonest and gave me a great price. I had an estimate on Friday and the service was done on the following Monday. They moved me up the schedule due to the tree falling on a power line. I also got 10% off for being an AL member.

Not very impressed. Set an appt to get a quote but he called the day before to re-schedule; fair enough - stuff happens - no problem. On the second appt my husband was at the house at 10am waiting in the yard. Brian called my cell at 10:05am to say he was stuck in traffic and couldn't make it, but would call to reschedule. (My husband didn't have his cell so I couldn't even let him know!) However, at that same time my husband saw a Gonzalez Tree truck drive by the house! My husband waited 15mins, expecting him to turn around/come back but he didn't so my Husband left. We won't give a third chance for them to quote and expect it to be a $5000+ job.

Following the vicious wind and hail storm in Rolesville on April 28th (Thursday), we discovered that a huge hickory tree in our backyard had split from the crotch almost to the ground. Although the tree did not fall completely to the ground, it represented both a hazard to individuals and to property and needed to be removed quickly. I immediately called Gonzalez Tree Care, Inc. and within 40 minutes Brian Berg was on site, surveyed the situation and provided an estimate. He promised that his crew would come and remove the tree on Saturday. However, around noon on Friday, Brian called and stated that they could complete the work that day if we didn't mind. Of course we didn't!! His crew arrived mid-afternoon with all their equipment. They assessed the nature of the work and set straight to work. The tree was in a difficult location with a fence on one side, homes on both sides and various other shrubs and trees in the immediate area. By carefully staging the removal, the crew was able to successfully remove the tree without any damage to fencing, buildings or other plantings. The crew was able to drop the tree exactly where they wanted it, was efficient in removing and grinding up the branches and elements of the trunk. The lawn was cleared of all debris and within an hour and forty-five minutes, all elements of the tree were gone, just like it had never been there. The crew was super efficient and professional, providing outstanding care and respect for our property and that of our neighbors.

I contacted Jose through Angie's List and he responded the same day with a reasonable estimate. He added me to the schedule for the following day. I came home and there was no sign of the tree or stump and everything was cleaned up well. Would definitely use their services again.

Brian came out and gave us an estimate for the work and several days later the crew arrived to do the work. They knew what they were doing and had proper equipment to get the job done. The tree was about 24 inches at the base and they cut it and hauled everything away in 1 hour. We have used them on other work and would use them again.

We have never requested services from Gonzales Tree Care or been in contact with them yet on Wednesday afternoon 3/9 our neighbor and her son saw the company show up at our house with 3-4 hauling trucks and heavy machinery. No one was home and they had no permission to enter our property. However they opened up the larger part of our back gate and brought the heavy tread machine across our backyard and behind our shed. That part of yard is soggy so it tore up the grass and ground, leaving visible tracks. They left a huge mess of torn up ground behind the shed and took some of the small sticks we had piled up back there and by the driveway. ?? They left no note or explanation. We have tried calling their number but it goes to voicemail and their website is down. If it was a mistake and they went to the wrong house, that is a pretty big mistake! I am posting this so there is a record of our complaint with them so if they try to charge us for the "services" they provided, they won't be able to say we were ok with it!

Jose came out for an estimate. He explained that it would be necessary to bring down a couple more trees when he removed the one that had broken in the middle and was currently lying horizontal. The other company did not. Jose noticed it immediately. He gave me the estimate and told me to call when I was ready for service. The next day I called and he told me his crew could be there today. I mentioned we had a showing at the house around 6pm and the crew needed to be gone. This was around 1pm. He said that would not be a problem. When they hadn't arrived by 3pm, I called back and Jose said he would call his crew and call me right back. He did and they showed up about an hour later. They quickly took down the trees, hauled them to the curb and proceeded to grind them up. They were done in less than an hour and completely cleaned up. They were great.

Joe came out the day I called and provided me an estimate. I called him the next day to give him the go-ahead to remove to large trees that were struck by lightening from my yard. His team came out the next day. They did an outstanding job!
