Gonzalez Tree Care

We contacted Gonzalez Tree Care to remove to large trees that were over hanging our house. They arrived promptly and within 2 hours had both trees removed, stumps ground and the areas raked and cleaned up - aside from the large pile of mulch left from the stump removal, you wouldn't even have known that they had been there. The crew was experienced, worked safely and quickly taking special care not to drop anything on the house or in surrounding gardens. Final price was right on the estimate - no surprises - Fair price to remove two large trees within a foot of our roofline. Very pleased - difficult tree removal job - done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They were on-the-minute punctual. They showed up, ready to work. They cut down the trees quickly, carefully and safely and removed all brush and sawdust. The only way you knew that they were there was the tree was missing. They were friendly - let us know when they arrived and when they were leaving. It was a great experience and I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of tree care.

I called for a quote on trimming up some trees. A company representative came out and gave me a quote and we agreed on a date to perform the work. The company showed up on the appointment date, performed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up. I got what I paid for and was happy.

They were great. They did an estimate the same day I contacted them and left it at the house. The estimate was very reasonable, so I called to schedule the work. They came by the next afternoon and removed the tree. From first contact to tree removal was less than 24 hours. I would use Gonzalez Tree Care again and will recommend them to my friends in the future.

Arrived a little earlier in the day than I expected, I work from home so that was fine, I like that Mr Gonzales knocked and stepped off my porch so when I opened my door he wasn't in my face. I went over what I needed again , showed him my invoice and even added a small cedar tree to the list. I went back to work and he and his team went to work in a short time they were finished and cleaned up. I checked, all debri was cleaned up and I was very pleased with the work done and would us them again

Jose and the crew did an awesome job! I called Jose on a Tuesday to request an estimate for removing a large maple tree in my front yard, along with grinding the stump and exposed roots. Jose came out the very next day, on Wednesday morning, even though it was a cold and rainy day, and he left me a written estimate in my front door. I thought the price he quoted was very fair for the work I requested, so I called Jose that same afternoon to ask him when he could do the work. He told me he thought he could do it later in the week, if the weather cleared up. Well, the weather did clear up, and Jose and his crew were at my house the very next morning, on Thursday, and proceeded to make short work of taking down the large maple tree. Then they proceeded to grind the stump along with all the exposed roots which were growing out into my lawn in all directions. They did a great job of raking out the mulch from the stump and roots and then cleaning up after all the work was done. I could not be more pleased with this service! To have a large tree cut down and removed and then to have the stump grinding all done the same day and in just a couple of hours and less than two days from the time I called for an estimate is great service, in my opinion! And I am very pleased with the cost of this service as well. I would absolutely call Jose again for any tree service work, and I would most certainly recommend Jose Gonzalez to anyone without hesitation. They cut six trees (two were probably over 80' tall), chipped the wood, and ground down the stumps, plus three additional stumps. The team arrived with an impressive fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment. The gentlemen who climbed the trees was very talented and amazing at his job. His crew was very careful about protecting my property. I am amazed that Mr. Gonzales and his crew did so much work within one day, and cleaned up everything before the end of the day. I will definitely contact Mr. Gonzales for all future tree work. He proved that his team can handle both small and large trees. Mr. Gonzales and his team was very respectful, careful, and professional. I highly recommend Gonzales Tree Care to others for tree service.

It worked out very well. They came out within the time we had agreed upon. They were very good and I just ordered another big deal last night. I thought the price was reasonable for what they did.

Jos? is a good guy. I initially got a quote from his associate Brian for similar work back in November but decided to go with my landscaper who said he could match Jos?'s quote for the same work. I had to cancel on Jos? because I had already scheduled to have the work done with him. I made the wrong choice. My landscaper did half the work and disappeared with my money. Fast forward 3 months and I decided to have Jos? come out and finish the job if he didn't mind. I hoped that I hadn't burned that bridge by cancelling his services and he forgave me. His brother gave me a fair price for fixing the botch job. His crew is so fast and efficient. They all know where to be and what to be doing at all times. I will not be using another tree service. Jos? es el jefe!

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, once it occurred. The work crew was polite, efficient, and professional. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. The lower rating is based on my experience with the estimator/scheduler. When scheduling, I was given a specific time for the work to occur (10:00 am). I asked if I could get a phone call before the crew arrived so that I would be able to leave work and meet them at the house. My request was denied, and I was given assurance that they would arrive at the scheduled time. I was told very specifically that there was a job scheduled before mine, when it would happen, how long it would take, and when the crew would arrive at my house. On the day of scheduled service, I left work and arrived at 10:00 am as scheduled. After waiting an hour with no work crew at the site, I began calling to find out their status. I tried calling for 30 minutes with no answer from the estimator or the main office number. Eventually the work crew arrived (1.5 hours late). About 20 minutes after the actual work began, the estimator finally returned my call. I let him know that I was not happy about the lack of a phone call to let me know the crew would be late. He first denied that 10am was the scheduled time and claimed he told me they would arrive "around lunch time". When I reminded him of the truth, he then told me "you need to understand that this is a tree business" and that the schedule is not set. I explained that this was exactly the reason I had requested a phone call before the crew arrived. If the crew was not already at my house working at that point, I would have cancelled the appointment.

Very happy with Gonzalez Tree Care! I left a message on Tuesday morning to have them give us an estimate to have 3 trees removed. I received an phone call back in less than an hour. Brian was at our house by 4pm that afternoon to give a quote. After walking around and discussing the trees that we wanted removed we decided to have a fourth tree taken out as well. The price was reasonable and we got $500 off the total for being members of Angie's List. They were able to do the work the very next day. They were at our house promptly at 8am and started right away. They were efficient, conscientious, mindful of cleaning up throughout the process, and extremely hard working. Wewill definitely use them in the future for tree services.

They did a good job, trimmed as requested and removed several small trees. They cleaned up well, and the yard looked bright and sunny for the first time in a long time!

The quote was very reasonable. A crew of about 5 arrived and worked safely, efficiently and continuously for about 3 hrs. They checked with me a couple of times to ensure that I was satisfied. Gonzalez has done work at several houses on our block and I would highly recommend them in the future.

Took down a large gum tree that had a rotted base. Tree was 2' Dia. x 150' or so. They cut the logs up for use in our fire pit next year. | |I was impressed with the cleanup after the work. They ran a leaf blower over the area and the front yard.

Gonzalez Tree Care provided excellent service! They were early for the job, worked very efficiently, and completed the work in a timely fashion. They cleaned up and left the premises in better shape then when they arrived (cleaned driveway of leaves). I am very satisfied with the work they performed and would highly recommend this service.
