D&J Seamless Gutters LLC

Very quick response from D&J with an estimate in just a few days. I was told that the work would be done, possibly the following week. After 2 weeks, I called and left a message about the schedule. After no return call, I made another phone call2 weeks later, left another message, and again no return call. I then sent an email expressing my concern on no work, and no response. I was told there had been a mixup. A crew showed up and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work done. The crew was very professional, curtious, and efficient.

After wasting time and money on a contractor who didn't know much about gutters (which I didn't find out until later), it was refreshing and wonderful to deal with specialists who cost less, did a wonderful job and warranty their work. I am so pleased with my interactions with D & J Seamless Gutters from start to finish. The employee who did the actual work arrived early, worked efficiently, and even too the time to educate me, which was very much appreciated! I have definitely found my gutter company and I am very grateful!

When I called for a quote, they came out the next day and left a quote for me at the door. After calling for other estimates, I called them back and they helped to get me scheduled right away. During the scheduled time, the crew came out on time and both team members were quite friendly. We went over the work to be done and the expected price. They worked diligently to remove the old gutter and put the new one up keeping the downspouts in place as requested. Once the crew was done, we completed a walk-around to ensure the work that was completed was satisfactory. It's been a couple of weeks since the installation and several rain storms later everything looks great. There's no water leaking out of the sides or from the connection with the downspouts. I'm quite happy with the work, price and experience. I would certainly call them again if I needed more work.

The free estimate was provided promptly and work completed quickly at a reasonable cost. We requested additional work after the initial install. We received responses from the owner Johnny King within hours of our request - the next day the additional work we requested was done free of charge and supervised personally by Mr. King. We were very pleased by the customer service provided by this company; they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience. We called for a quote and received a prompt response for the best price we had seen. The work was scheduled for the next week, at my request, and everything was completed in a few hours on the scheduled day. The gutters look great and the crew cleaned up everything, leaving no trace behind.

Excellent, Mike was professional, courteous and responsive. The installations took less than 4 hours. D&J crew did a thorough cleanup afterwards.

Tried contacting them for 3 or 4 weeks with no response. Johnny finally called us back on Sunday and scheduled the work for Monday, and gave us his cell phone number. After they did the work I asked for the invoice and they told me I'd have to contact Johnny. When I called Johnny he apologized for it being so hard to get a hold of them and informed me there would be no charge for the cleaning.

They were great. He was awesome. We referred him to other friends who also had a great experience with him. He was actually very price competitive. He came over right away. He came over that day and took a look and gave us the quote. They were really, really good, very professional. His crew was really good. We would definitely use them again. They did very high quality work at a very fair price. They even had to add a little extra piece of metal because we were having a little bit of mold and they did that at their cost, they didn't add anything on to the job. I thought they went over and above, to do a good job.

I called D&J on a Wednesday afternoon, and Mr. King called me later that same day. He listened to my concerns, and said he would be out tomorrow to take a look and also review the pictures I had emailed in advance. Now, keep in mind that before he arrived, I had always felt that our front gutter system was ill-designed, and I did not mention this to Mr. King. After he arrived and did his initial inspection, he brought up the same issue and also pointed out how the entire gutter was bent. So not only did he verify what my gut was telling me, he also pointed out another flaw that I missed -- I knew I had the right person on the job at that moment! We discussed fixing vs. replacing, and based on the time and cost, replacement was a no-brainer. The installation was scheduled for a couple of days later on Saturday, and Mr. King called to verify the appointment ahead of time and verify that his crew arrived on Sunday. The constant communication is a lost art with many service companies, but not with D&J. The entire experience from exploration to the completed work was top notch. I highly recommend D&J.

Johnny, one of the owners, was great. He came quickly to give an estimate and was ready to install the day after I called him back. The installation was QUICK (3 hours) and service was very courteous. Johnny arrived along with crew and did a great job of showing me exactly where the gutters and black pipe would be laid. Crew members were also professional and courteous. At the same time of install, I had my toilet back up on the first floor and one of the crew members was quick to shut off the main water line for me from the outside! All around great service. I would definitely recommend D&J Seamless Gutters to anyone looking for a 20 year warranty on their gutters, friendly service and a quick installation.

I called and left a message about getting an estimate -- Mike came out a few days later to assess the job and was very nice and professional. I got estimates from a few different places and for everything (new gutters, guards, hauling old ones away), D&J had the best price. I was going out of town the next week but asked if they could come at that time anyways. They completed it when I was gone and I came home to beautiful new gutters! They hauled everything away and it all looks great!

The gutters and repairs were professionally completed and all the debris removed from the site.

I can't say enough about how great the guys who installed my gutters were. They arrived on time at 9:30, got to work quickly and had the new gutters nstalled shortly after 4:00 p.m. They were very pleasant and everything looked wonderful. They even blew the deck off when they were done! So very impressed.

I waited for a whole week for the call to schedule the gutter installation, but no one contacted me. I left two messages, one on the owner's cellphone, and noNother on his webpage. Still no response. This is certainly not the way to do business in this competive area! I called another company to do the work.

Though we had to wait longer than I hoped, their work is absolutely first rate and that is by far the most important thing. If all the vendors out there had the same standards, there would be no need for Angie's List.

D&J were on time and professional. I showed them what was included in the quote. I have one downspout that drains underneath a raised backyard. The supervisor determined it was not clogged and showed me where it drained (which I never knew). The team of installers worked quickly and did a great job. They bagged the debris from the gutters as they were cleaning them; they did not through it on the ground. One of the downspouts goes through a step to my deck; they had to enlarge the opening on the step which I hadn't even noticed. They hauled off the debris from the gutters and the old downspouts. I will definitely use them again.

They were very responsive and did a great job. From the day we contacted them , with in 4 days they were at the house installing them. I would definitely use again if needed. We highly recommend this company if you are in need of gutters.

D&J had installed my gutters originally, so when I noticed evidence of wood rot, I called them. We agreed as to what was likely to need replacing and they came and took down the gutters, and replaced the rotted portions of wood. Since there was also water damage under the shingles, I had to engage a roofer to replace the plywood, felt paper and shingles. Called D&J after that was done and they came right out and finished installing the gutters and leaf guards. Everything was cleaned up and the Angie's List discount was included in my pricing. Couldn't ask for better service.

Wow. This will be our company for life. The owner Jimmy King came out promptly for the estimate and put gutters on our whole house the next day. He is a lovely gentleman nd when I couldnt find my checkbook in all our moving boxes he waited over the weekend for payment. They check the wood and replace it if needed. They found one rotten fascia board and replaced it before installing the guttering. The men were all courteous amid skilled. The back of our house is quite high and is on a slope and they did a terrific job with this difficult install. We will be using them in the future for cleaning of gutters, repairs, and wood root on our house.

Came out very quickly when I emailed about a estimate for work to be done. Michael looked over the problem & make suggestions on how to correct our problems with existing gutters & solid guards. Worked up a cost invoice & told me they would rush our schedule date ,due to all the water we had pouring onto our deck & porch. Crew arrived on 1/13/2016, did all the removal of existing gutters , replaced with new gutters & guards .Cleaned up all the debris from job ( you could not even tell work had gone on in my yard) Very pleased with D&J Gutters. D&J Seamless Gutters were very prompt in returning inquiries and phone calls. They were very quick and accomadating when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was reasonable and included the 10% discount from Angie's List without asking.They were able to complete the work within a week of the estimate, which was greatly appreciated. The work was done professionally and quickly and everything was cleaned up after the job was finished. It was a pleasure to work with the staff.

All went well with the estimate appointment, met and agreed on the scope of work to be done. All gutters and downspouts were replaced and leaf guards installed. (they look great!) I had some concerns about the gutters being discharged into the underground pipe, but I was assured by Mr. King that they would make sure that the pipes were flowing. After a few hard rains I was getting a lot of water in the basement. I contacted a water-proofing company (in October) and made arrangements for them to waterproof the exterior basement walls. When all the dirt was excavated from around the foundation of the house we discovered that the drainage system was old clay pipe and what pieces weren't broken, were stopped up with mud and debris causing the water to seep through the block wall into the basement . I placed a call back to D & J and asked them to please come out and re-direct the gutters so that they would drain on to the driveway as the current drainage system has been removed and there is no where for the water to go. The man I spoke to on the phone assured me they would come out and fix it. After 2 weeks of waiting I called back and left a message to please call me. That was 5 days ago, still no call. I went to the local diy store and bought what I thought was needed to divert the water to the driveway,my solution is working, but probably doesn't look as professional as it should . I expected better customer service since they did my complete job, as well as jobs for my parents, and my aunt & uncle. I guess once they have your money and a few referrals under their belt you are no longer important. I am very disappointed in the service and would have a hard time recommending them.
