While I liked the idea of paying less commission when selling my house, unfortunately Cindy's CMA produced a much lower price then any other realtor that I interviewed, almost 10% lower. While she did a good job of explaining why her number was much lower, in the end her reasoning was not correct and I listed and sold the house for a much higher price.

Cindy is an extremely knowledgable and friendly real estate agent. We have used Cindy to purchase two homes and sell one. Our first home she was able to sell in 11 days. When purchasing our home, she thoroughly looked over all documentation and was able to find some fees that the builder was trying to charge us that were not relevant. She had excellent recommendations for home improvements that would help with resell and for contractors. I highly recommend Cindy if you are in need of a realtor.

Cindy was always on top of things. She always provided great advice in many areas finanually negotoatin, asthethics etc.. Cindy sold my hose in a very timelt manor - lastly, she even had to corrext the attorney twice and the contract has to be re-typed. She is fantastic.

Cindy was great to work with. She was very responsive, thorough and patient. When I found a home, she brought me back a number of times so I could evaluate it at different times of the day. I never felt rushed and she was very patient with all my questions. I found her to be very supportive and encouraging during the whole experience. Though I was nervous about buying a home, Cindy put me at ease with her calm demeanor and professionalism. Cindy's experince and knowledge was evident throughout the home buying process, her guidance was truly appreciated and invaluable.

She was patient with us during our 8 month long search for the right house. We appreciated her guidance without making us feel pressured. She is currently with ReMax and usually acts as a sellers agent from what she told us.

In a fairly tough housing market, I sold our house in 7 weeks, for $3,000 above the April appraisal (I paid for). Showings are handled thru the central showing group that all realtors here use. I cannot see why anyone would pay 4-5% to have a home listed by an old school realty firm. We had plenty of traffic, got good comments, and when we had a solid contract, MDT was there to point out any pitfalls/problems with the 'deal'. There services were well worth $500, they saved us about $11,000.
