+ 0 moreI would highly recommend Sam and his crew. He has a personal approach with us... He will share his thoughts and suggestions based on what we are looking to have completed. His crew does a great job and has a great attention to detail. Our yard always looks great after they leave. I recommend Sam to all my neighbors.
Description of Work: Yearly hedge trimming and mulching. Sam has also installed a wall for us and sod over the past seven years that we have lived in our home.

+ -1 moreFrom the first contact with Samuel, everything went smoothly. Samuel came out and looked at the yard to provide a very fair estimate for the work that we needed. He gave advice for the best time to install the grass and listened to our concerns. Prior to laying the sod, he was able to move a couple of sprinkler heads for us to make sure the sod would be adequately watered. The edging he and his crew did looks great and complements the yard. We were very impressed with his dedication and his professionalism.
Description of Work: In the fall, we removed 17 pine trees from the backyard. After removing the trees, we were left with several inches of pine straw, sticks, rocks, and an uneven surface. Samuel cleaned up the debris, leveled the yard, and laid zoysia sod.

+ 0 moreSamuel Lloyd arrived promptly for our estimate appointment, walked around the property with us, and listened carefully as we explained what we wanted to accomplish. He made good suggestions that we decided to follow. He then walked around again measuring the very large space. He called in a few days with an estimate that we thought was reasonable for the amount of labor and supplies needed. He and his crew arrived on time on a Friday, made the hedges look great, cleaned up all hedge trash from our yard and our neighbors' yards, and removed our large trash pile. They came back on Monday to cut and spray weeds, spread mulch and pinestraw, and edge the lawn. It looks fantastic! No more guilty "I should..." for us! We can now enjoy our outdoor space.
Description of Work: Weeds had overtaken us and the hedges were approaching 8 feet when we called Cardinal Woods Landscapes for an estimate. We wanted the weeds banished, mulch and pine straw spread, a large trash pile removed, the giant hedges trimmed, and many of our shrubs reshaped or eliminated. The lawn needed edging, too.

Cardinal Wood Landscapes offers the following services: We offer many different landscape services. We can maintain your lawn for you or we can install a new designed landscape planting. We also can service your irrigation system when we are working at your home. We can turn your landscaped beds into a beautiful bed again if it is over grown with weeds. We have a turf weed control program and can spray fungicides. We are licensed by the state of North Carolina to apply Lawn Pesticides.
We do not install patios and retaining walls. We also do not install irrigation systems or remove full size trees.
