The guys did a terrific job and I couldn't be happier. For years I've cleaned all these windows myself prior to the holidays and this year didn't have time so I called Brightview Window Cleaning as they had done windows at my Mom's house years ago with wonderful results. The two young men who came were on time (a bit early even!), extremely courteous, professional, efficient, and detail oriented. They took great care with my furniture and window treatments and were careful to close yard gates so my dog wouldn't escape. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I work from home and was working and the interruptions to my workday were minimal - they worked around me with my desk and monitors even in front of one of the windows! You will not be sorry you used these folks.

Nothing there was an upsell - let me know good things, and one that was very not in their line of business, that likely would have cost a pile if not discovered for another couple of years.

The 2-man crew arrived a few minutes early and came to the door to let us know they were ready to start. They cleaned the gutters, removed as much pine straw from the shingles as possible and then cleaned up thoroughly. The only place I found any debris was on some shrubs just off the deck, but the deck was much cleaner than before they arrived. They let us know when they were leaving and handed us a checklist of the work performed. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the service.

The technician cleaned both interior windows first. He then cleaned all exterior windows. The windows looked much better and I thought all was ok. The biggest disappointment was that the two interior sills were not wiped clean of dust and cobwebs--only the glass was cleaned. These two sills are too high up for me to reach. Seems ridiculous that the sills weren't cleaned too. A waste of time and money. I didn't call them back to complain, as we were getting our house ready to sell and I didn't want the inconvenience of them coming back.

I thought it was too expensive. The job was done well but since they were double pane, we actually had to pay double. For the price per window working out almost $60 an hour for the amount of time, I thought it was too expensive. I wasn't able to get the value for the deal that I was expecting because the window type that I have in my house. If I had single pane windows, it would have been fine. Since I had double pane windows, they couldn't do the windows for the price. It ended up being twice as expensive. Everything else was good. I had no complaints. I just thought it was a little expensive. I think they did a very good job. The customer service was excellent. The people working with me were excellent. The cost was too high.

We have used Brightview in the past for gutter cleaning and for window washing. Our French-style one-and-a-half story house has a 12/12 pitch roof, and the walkout basement on the rear makes the back of the house two-and-a-half stories. We had contacted many companies for gutter cleaning quotes prior to Brightview, and every one complained about the steep roof and the numerous windows and wanted to double and triple their advertised prices. Brightview took it in stride. There are many things I like about their service. They guarantee that they will not damage your plantings or yard; they take the debris and put it out of sight in the natural areas; they make certain that the gutters and the underground drains are working properly before they leave. They also inspect your gutters (and window frames if they are window washing, which they have previously done for us) and let you know if there are any problems with them. The workers are prompt, courteous, clean, and it is obvious that they take great pride in their work and enjoy it. The owners (who are the office staff) are courteous and helpful by phone and e-mail. We will continue to use Brightview and recommend them highly!
