I purchased the $59 gutter cleaning special, and had the work done today. Very professional, very thorough. They even blew the leaves off the patio and driveway, and also alerted me to a loose section of gutter. Scheduling was easy, by phone and email. Family operation; very courteous, nice folks. Well worth the $100 normal price. An incredible value at the price offered. Highly recommended.

I was thrilled to receive an email the same night that I bought the deal. Dale, the owner arrived the following morning with his Son, who was working with him. After introducing himself, they set out to clean the gutters of my 3,000 sq. ft. home.The work was performed efficiently, thoroughly and taking great with surroundings. I was so pleased that I asked for an estimate on cleaning my windows in the spring. The telephone scheduling is done by Dale's wife Monica.I relayed to Dale that his wife could get a job teaching good customer service .Do I sound like they made a good impression? You bet they did! I very recently had trees removed to prepare for getting exterior work done on my home. One tree was leaning over the roof and once it was cut down, I realized I had many little trees growing in the gutters. I wanted to get all of that cleared out before the painters came. I had the gutters cleaned by another provider the previous year, but they apparently didn't do a good job because all of my gutters were pretty bad. I left a voicemail at Brightview requesting an estimate and received a return call the next day. Dale came out that afternoon and cleaned the gutters. It was not an easy job because I live on a slope and some parts of my house are 3 stories tall, and the gutters were quite dirty. He did an amazing job and cleaned up everything afterward. I can see into some of the gutters from the upstairs and they are shiny again! I was so impressed with the job performance, I've signed up for the annual reminder. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Since moving to Wake Forest in 2012, we have used Brightview to clean the very many windows, skylights and glass doors in our home. We found them on Angie's List and have been so pleased with the result and their professional service, that we had them back recently to clean out our gutters. We have signed up for their reminder service so we can have them come back at the interval of our choice. They contact us at the time we've requested to make sure we still want them to come out - which we do!

The window washer was on time & did a great job. The windows had not been done in 2 years & were very dirty. We have lots of high, hard to reach windows. I was also in a hurry to schedule an appointment because we were moving the house was being put on the market and they graciously accommodated me.

Came first & gave an estimate. Good price. Came quickly to do work. Were friendly & efficient. Did such a great job.

It was excellent. That is why I continue to use them. Their sevice is excellent, they are on time, and always call before when they are comming.

They did a really good job. They took their time and the price was reasonable. They also used scrapers on the outside of the windows. They did a thorough job and went into detail. They were here for about four hours and cleaned every window. They send postcard reminders in the mail about any up coming appointments and later follow up by phone. I think that is really helpful. They are also trustworthy. I had to leave for an emergency and I have no problems leaving them alone in my home.

The overall service was pretty good. I did have to ask them to come back to clean a couple of missed spots, but they came back quickly and took care of it with no problems.

Dale cleaned all windows, then washed the insect screens over night and finally did a full round again touching up anywhere that he felt the first clean was not good enough. He arrived on time and commenced without delay. He stayed at it constantly until the job was done. The change is astonishing! We might have to put up curtains (drapes) now the neighbors can see us. I would not hesitate to recommend Dale and will certainly use his services again.
