The technician was on time, pleasant, very professional, completed the work in short time and did an excellent job. I recommended him to my sister.

They gave me quite a bit of information. They went above and beyond in terms of what they said they were going to do. They were great.

Rob was very accommodating. The receiver he ordered for us had not come in by the time our appointment date arrived. He went out looking for a replacement, found one that was a little better than the one ordered, and made the appointment on time, the date we had set up. He set up our whole sound system and put everything on a universal remote. Rob was very good at explaining how everything worked and took the time to answer all our many questions. He was very courteous and polite, a pleasant person to work with. He offered other recommendations but did not pressure us to do anything more than we had already planned. Will undoubtedly call him again if we should want to have any more work done.

It went great! We were very satisfied. We had him install a flatscreen on the wall and hide the wires. One tech came out to do the work, and it took him about 2 hours to do the work. He made some recommendations on the types of cables to use for video game consoles, too.

Rob from A1 came out to do my install last week and I am extremely happy with the result. I hired him to mount my TV on the wall and to add some cat5 networking cables, as well as generally clean up and make the cable/phone wiring in the house ready for us as we got settled (we recently moved in). He and his team did a fantastic job with everything I asked for and all the curve balls I threw at him, working 7 hours straight to get everything wrapped up for the weekend. Everything was working, clean, and organized when he was done. If I ever expand my system, I know who I'll call!

The whole process went great. Robert was on time if not early to the estimate and the install appointment. He was very focused, but would answer all of our questions. He would explain things as many times as needed to make sure we understood how to work everything before he left. The work was done correctly and he cleaned up. Options to enhance our installations were given, but no pressure at all to get additional work done. I felt as if Robert exceeded expectations. I will call on him for ALL AV needs in the future. You definitely need to give a try if you are looking for someone for AV ideas and install.

Robert is a very professional and diligent in his work. He clearly has enthusiasm in the setup of audio/video equipment and shares it with his customers. I recommend him for any kind of audio/video set-up without any reservations.

Robert was a joy to work with. When he came out for the estimate, I explained I must run it past my HOA, and he provided me with photos and his recommended placement options. Once I had the approval, I had to wait longer than I wanted, but only because he is so popular and does all the work himself. I do not regret the wait. When he arrived, he had all the equipment and parts needed to complete the job. Cables for the antenna from the roof to the junction box on the house were neatly concealed behind the gutter and downspouts. Inside, he provided new connectors for the cable junctions. He worked quickly and was done in under 90 minutes. After the work was completed, Robert made sure I was receiving a clear signal on both outlets, and did a channel search and setup on both TVs. He cleaned up all the debris inside and out. My goal was to "cut the cable" and enjoy free TV. To improve my experience, I added a few options: Netfix, HuluPlus, and Amazon Prime subscriptions, Roku box and Google Chromecast. Robert was a wealth of information which proved very helpful in my final decisions. I was not receiving one channel I wanted, and this is partly because antenna placement was at the mercy of my HOA, and the heavily-wooded area I live in. Robert let me know this was likely to happen during the estimate. He offered to install a smaller antenna facing in the right direction for $80. Even after completing the job, he indicated he could still do that for the same price if I changed my mind, and he guaranteed his work. If anything went wrong, he'd come back and take care of it. If I absolutely must have that other channel, I'll probably call him but for now I have more TV than I could ever watch.

I use them all the time. I have his phone number and if I need anything, he is the one I call. He is an honest man.

It went great! Robert was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The installation is very clean looking. No wires are visible for the tv, or any of the 3 devices that I plug into the tv. I can't say enough how happy I am with the way this installation went. I would not hesitate to call A1 installer again for future jobs.

We were very happy overall. Installer was professional, punctual, and did a great job. We definitely recommend A1 and will also definitely use them again for future needs.

My house is under a big remodel, and our contractor did an awful job of locating 5 of the 9 ceiling speakers making installation of the speakers difficult. Robert handled all the tricky situations (including trimming the flange on three VERY expensive speakers) to work around the crown molding that was already installed. The work he did was flawless, his attitude amazing, and his creativity and comfort in sorting out the issues first class. I'll be using Robert again!

My experience with A1 Installers was great. It started with a text to get a quote for the work to be done. Robert was very responsive, answering my questions and providing the quote via text messages. I then call their office to schedule the appointment. Robert arrived on time and completed the work above in about 2 hours - much quicker than I expected. He was very efficient and smart about the work. He cut into our walls only where needed (including a wall with beadboard) and did not require any drywall patching or painting. He installed a number of new outlet panels very cleanly. Robert was very easy to work with, answering all of my questions and explaining what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him for this kind of work in the future.

This was actually the second time Robert had provided installation services for us; he installed the original 42" TV five years ago, and we were so pleased with his services that we asked him to return for this installation. Robert is punctual, polite, very knowledgeable, and a "straight shooter"....he explains what is needed and the reasons for it, in laymen's terms, and does not try to upsell more technology than needed or desired. He also took the initiative to repair our mantle which was not very stable and now looks much better. His rates are very reasonable. We would highly recommend Robert for anyone needing this type of work done.

Went very well. Very engaging and confident installer. Did a very nice job. I had to ask him to fully "finish" the wiring (ie., using jacks/plugs and wiring per code, vs running an extension cord/HDMI cable through the wall) but he was immediately responsive to this request and performed the work in excellent fashion. He offered several suggestions regarding options to run wiring, for example, for the surround sound system, and followed-through on the decisions. He cleaned up as he went along and left a very finished product. I would definitely hire again.

Arrived on time and was professional throughout and did a great job with the installation. There was some ambiguity on my end as to what was included and what would be provided in relation to parts and it really didn't seem like as much of a "deal" ultimately, moreso what I would expect the service to normally cost. I called to inquire if mount was included or if they needed specs on what I was having installed and the woman I spoke with told me he had all of the necessary equipment/mounts, etc. This was true, however there is an additional charge for the parts he used. I would have preferred more clear communication ahead of the service so that I could have had all the necessary equipment in advance for the install.

A1 installer made this super easy and I could not be happier with the result. Tammie worked with me to schedule the appointment and confirmed Robert had mounting hardware that would work for my TV in stock. This saved me from having to do the research on my own and from having to order it or find it locally. It probably also saved me from overpaying for hardware I didn't need. Robert was on time and had everything needed to do a professional job. He knows what he's doing and is very easy to work with. The result is excellent and the work site was left clean. And it looks awesome. Before he left I talked to Robert about having some networking done in my house. I'll be reaching out to A1 installer again after the holidays to set that up.

Robert was great! He showed up on time and was very polite. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done and approximately how much work would be involved. The job was a little harder than originally anticipated because it is an older house with plaster walls and seemingly random stud placement. Instead of doing a "part way" job, he took the extra time (multiple hours!) to completely hide the wires by running them through the attic. Highly recommend, will probably contact in the future to help install surround sound speakers.

It ended up being more complex so there were additional fees, but that wasn’t their fault. It went fantastically!

I wanted a new flat screen tv installed in the wall. This provider installed an electrical plug behind the tv and snaked the wires through the wall. Because I was losing connection w/ the internet intermittently due to the router that I was renting from Time Warner, the provider made a second trip to the house to install a new, larger router. He knows his business. He cleans up after himself and he is very prompt in honoring commitments. I have hired him several times and I have always been satisfied with his work. When he finished, he went to each of our wireless items and tested them to determine if they were connected to the internet and working correctly. .

The A1 Installer was great. He explained the entire process beforehand, and asked my opinion as well. The TV's are in the perfect spots. I will definitely use him again.
