I found A1 Installer's service very good. Their work is clean, professional and high quality. One of the attributes of their service that I really liked was that they provide unbiased and frank advice and suggest economical options.

The tech was very good and he knows what he is doing!

Robert scheduled an appointment on the day that I called, arrived promptly, fixed the internet connectivity problem in 20 minutes and then spent the next 3 hours replacing the router and reconfiguring our entire home network and all computers and printers. The fee was exactly as described prior to the delivery of services, and very, very reasonable for the amount of work performed. I will call Robert again for all of our technical issues regarding our computers, wireless network and home entertainment hook-ups. His level of expertise, honesty, and range of services is unparalleled as far as I am concerned.

Robert was great! On the initial phone call he told me about that work is guaranteed and insured, which no other person or company could provide proof of insurance. When he came to the house he was very well mannered and asked alot questions to insure I knew exactly what was going to happen and that I would be satisfied with work when it was finished. Robert is great! I was pleasantly surprised to find out he did networking. We had used his services previously for mounting tv's on walls. Had I known, I would have just called him directly. As a matter of fact, that is exactly what I plan to do in the future. I'm going to call him first and then if he doesn't do what I need done then I will get more recommendations from Service Magic. Also, I have referred him to others and all were has pleased with his work as we have been. I would highly recommend A1 Installers.

Robert provided exceptional service. He expertly installed our flat screen TV and made outstanding recommendations to complete our home theater system. He saved us money, finished our surround sound, and switched everything to a universal remote control.

Robert was a very professional installer, and we really felt like he went that "Extra Mile" to ensure that we had the best setup that we could possibly have. Everything is super clean, no wires to be seen ANYWHERE! His prices were also a lot cheaper than Best Buy would have charged, and he did the "extra" things that Best Buy wouldn't have touched. The installer was very accomodating to my ideas about mounting my tv and the rate was cheaper than anywhere else I looked at(sears, best buy, craigslist)
