Did not receive immediate callback--so I left a note at providers house(I had to get it done within 3 days). He responded same night and came on time the next day. Repair done immediately

I called Union Plumbing as a reference of a friend of mine who I go to church with. I was doing some remodeling of our master bathroom. Jeff came over and gave me a rough estimate, based upon not running into any problems, which we did run into a few challenges as the project went along. Jeff was very fast working, professional, and polite. I really appreciated how he cleaned up after himself, because several other contractors that I had working for me on this same project did not do so. The project started about the third week of July when he came over to give me the estimate. Jeff started some of the work a few days later, which I was quite excited about, most importantly moving that pipe out of our way, which allowed us to move the bathroom doorway over three inches, so that we could put in a much needed vanity cabinet. Our house was built in 1948, and thankfully the plumbing was done pretty well at the time. We did not have to replace much of the existing plumbing, although all of the old plumbing that was in the shower had to be replaced and updated. I supplied all of the hardware, as far as faucets, and Jeff supplied everything else. Most importantly, his professional installation services and timely help made the project progress smoothly. One time when Jeff was doing some of the bathroom plumbing I discovered that I needed to replace some of the plumbing in our laundry room. Although I did not want to, I ended up having to remodel that room as well. Anyway, while he was here on this particular day I asked him if he would replace the inserted box in the wall where the washing machine hooks to and drains. He very politely agreed to do so. I went and got the part I needed and he changed it out for me. .Jeff Jordan is a great plumber who I would highly recommend and use again and again...
