+ -1 moreI will or would give give McLaurin's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc an A+ overall. Charlie & Lynn McLaurin have truly set a very high bar when it comes to FC.Every "Do or Dont"on these (2) two Ruud HVAC units installed 10-20-09 has been checked off. The "I"(s) have been dotted and "T" (s) crossed. If I sound like I am patronizing the above listed, then so be it, take it to the bank.
Description of Work: Completed regular service on Ruud gas pack & Ruud split heat pump. Checked freon charge & temperature drop. Washed condenser & evaporator coils. Checked motors & controls. This is maintenance performed on these two Ruud HVAC units installed 10-20-09.

+ -1 more"Very" Well. I researched sereral vendors in this process and I am not degrading anyone else. However McLaurin stands alone. The equippment is quite and holds a constant comfort in our home. Charlie advised me as to what to expect as far as our utility statements, yet if you do not hear from this customer, which I do not think you will, that will mean that I am ONE HAPPY CAMPER.
Description of Work: McLaurin's Heating & Air conditioning perfrormed a turn-key operation from inspection permits to clean up of premises. The owners Charlie and Lynn replaced our heat pump and gas pack to my approval. They also informed me/us and orientated my wife & myself on every aspect that I enquired and needed to know about. McLaurin set an example of good workmanship.

+ -1 moreThey looked at it and diagnosed the problem. The very next day they came and took out the old one and put in the new and it works great. I think they are really good at their jobs. I like the fact that the new unit came with a ten year guarantee. They were very prompt at getting to us and our situation.
Description of Work: We have two central air systems in our home and the downstairs one went out. Their was no fixing it so they replaced it.
