The job went very well. Took just two days of work (separated by about two weeks due to frequent rain!). Josiah pressure cleaned the entire deck twice in one day. Tom sanded the deck boards to remove any remaining old stain. Josiah and Tom masked off the house next to and under the deck to protect it, then applied a primer, and two coats of stain. They worked past nine o'clock that evening to ensure that everything was completed, and completed correctly. When you ask Josiah for a quote or estimate of the cost to do your work, he provides a complete, very detailed breakdown. You will know exactly what steps will be done and how much each step costs.

Quickly and smoothly. We have used Heisey for years and are always impressed with their punctuality, thoroughness, speed, and quality of work. We have a lot of windows and one whole side of the house consists mostly of windows. Our yard is very steep and tends to have brambles. None of this is the least bit daunting for them. Very well. All of the prpblems that arose from existing building or constriction issues were resolvied and or corrected. They are excellent at updating progress reports and don't hesitate to call if an opinion is needed.

The roof looks great. This was a difficult job as portions of the roof are high and steep. The gutters and fascia look great. The windows look great. The screens are tricky and were handled with care.
