Turner, Sr. Mr. Turner was a second-generation paver that aimed to provide affordable asphalt services to the citizens of the Tri-Cities area (TN/VA). Mr. Turner took pride in the quality of work he provided his customers, many who have been loyal for decades. Our motto is that "dreams are paved with asphalt". Over 40 years (and four generations of pavers) later, Mr. Turner's business has expanded to include services like: commercial and industrial paving, grade work and gravel, asphalt sealing, asphalt patch work repair, and more.

They are very friendly, courteous and professional and they worked very hard to complete the task promptly, despite some poor weather days.
