Description of Work: I wanted to hire this business because I wanted to support a business owner who lives in my general vicinity. I contacted the business (apparently a father and son) and asked for an estimate for work I needed done. I was told they would come out and they never showed. A week later I called and told them I had called previously and had never heard back. I was told that the message likely went to the dad? The son (not sure if his name is Mike) came to my place and we walked around and I told him exactly what I was wanting. He said he would draw up the estimate and let me know the cost and when we could start. Once again, I never heard back. I didn't call again because I figured if this is the way they performed business who knows what the product would be like. Interestingly, I ran into the same experience with a business down the road and got an excuse about an ill aunt. I understand hardships happen but whatever happened to communicating? How can one expect to have a profitable business if they don't understand the basic concept of communicating and keeping the consumer apprised?
