Rich did a thorough inspection of the problem with my firestop and even found that the vent was pulling away from the wall. This would have been a hazard for our family and we didn't even know there was an issue. He completed both jobs quickly with minimal fuss.

Words cannot describe how well this contractor performed, and this website won't let me upload pictures. He sings when he works, clearly a man whom loves his job (allthough I question his substitute lyrics to poplar songs). I am naming my first born "Kings Home Improvement". Richard reflect great credit upon himself, contractors, and the those of us that detest air hoses sold by department store chains.

Highly recommendable! Richard is skillful, detailed, and friendly. He did our countertop with wide gap from the wall and fixed it up beautifully! The deck was not only painted well but sanded like new. Also, the work areas were left clean and in order.

Very flexible & available right away. Once he saw the item in need of repair he explained to me what he would need to do to repair it. Others only gave me the price they would charge with no other details.

On time not pushy and stood with estimate and very inpressed with work.
