 + -1 moreThis company has a very poor rating and should not be in business..check the real reviews..not what his employees posted or his kin folk..higher price and very poor service..all other companies are more reasonable and provide better service! Every year it's the same crap from the bipolar millionaire..please don't use Swain gas..you'll be Sorry. I mean when a man says he doesn't care about delivery of prepaid gas..from 2 weeks ago..then says come get your money..went to get it..he refused!! I'm a business person and would never treat a customer so bad !!! He needs to get out or have someone responsible enough to ruin the business!
Description of Work: Customer of DS Swain 15 years..called today for fuel..he refused..and it was paid for ! Sorry company with a Bipolar millionaire owner..just sharing what needed to be said. Please people don't use his service..you will be sorry!!!!!

 + 2 moreThey a VERY reasonable about their prices. We do live out far, and they do not have issues coming out. Evene after major storms, they make sure their customers are quickly taken care of and make sure our tanks are up and running. they are a great company to use. They return calls within 24 hours. There is no language barrier with the workers which is important these days. These people always go out of their way to make us happy.
Description of Work: They manage the gas at our house. They fixed our dryer and wall oven as well. He also fixed our gas fireplace.
