Description of Work: Frank put a new roof on our home. We have used Marshen Properties for lots of home improvement projects over the last few years. Superb service, totally professional, and, I must mention, a spotless work place. Most highly recommended.

 + -1 moreRemoved old flooring and installed new linoeum.Installed subflooring prior to installation.Moved all cabinets,tv center,stove,washer & dryer in laundry room and removed refrigerator & ice maker lines.Very professional and very courteous.Work completed in fine detail.Mr Marshan even came back and repaired a torn portion on the rug whem I tried to slide a heavy dish cabinet over it.There was no extra charge
