Very Focused on task at hand. Not at all lazy. Never took a break...cleaned up his work area. Arrived when he said he would, if not, he said he would call... after pressure washing I saw him go back around the house rechecking the work he had done, wiped a couple of areas with a cloth for final touchups. he also had an extendable ladder to use over my hip roof to ensure that area was thoroughly clean. He had me walk around with him to recheck the work he had done. Very nice to work with, attentive to little things I as a customer wanted him to complete. He was eager to do the job & has a great personality !!!
