+ -1 moreI ended up just replacing the washing machine because the new part along with a service call was nearly as much as a new machine.
Description of Work: I had questions about whether to repair my washing machine or not. He was very helpful with suggesting different things to check in order to avoid a service call if a repair was not beneficial.

Description of Work: I had problems with a relatively new dishwasher it had been "repaired" by another company but was broken again with the same problem.He explained what they did to repair it and why it was wrong.It was fixed properly and has been working great the last few years.Would always use Richards.
