+ -1 moreThe night before the appointment, Mr. Rios called to let me know that samsung was offering free repairs for certain models of samsung machines included in a voluntary recall. He checked my model and serial number, and mine qualified. I didn't know about the recall
Description of Work: I scheduled appt to have my samsung top washer repaired because the machine stopped mid cycle due to code "de" unbalanced load. This happened numerous times

Description of Work: Mr. Rios was very professional. He had to call the manufacturer to determine exactly what the problem was after he discovered that the board was blown. Our refrigerator has 3 fans so it took a little extra time to determine which was bad. It was not an easy job time wise, but he took the time to do it and do it right. We will recommend him and will use his services in the future.

Description of Work: It took him about an hour and a half. The dryer appliance was difficult to get to and the heating element was even more difficult to get to. He was honest and creative in getting to the problem.

Description of Work: Richard was very courteous on the phone and promptly returned all of our calls. He was willing to work with our schedules and called us 30 minutes prior to arriving. He explained in detail what he would be repairing and the cost. He is repairing a free standing ice maker, and while he was at our home, he repaired another ice maker problem for no charge.

They returned my calls, answered all my questions and when the service was provided it was quick and he was very professional. I would recommend Richard's Appliance Repair to anyone and I will definitely use them again for any future services!

Description of Work: My washing machine started to leak water the evening before and was filling up with soap suds at the end of a cycle. I also smelled a faint burning smell. I called the next morning at 8am and the very friendly receptionist new exactly what to ask and made sure I was seen that afternoon. It was very important since my son had a stomach bug and I HAD to do laundry no question. Richard was very prompt and friendly and discovered that I had a build up of soap and debris causing the water to over flow. He cleaned it all out and gave a very helpful description of how much soap I should be using and several other helpful tips. The price is what I expected for a service call and it saved me from getting a new washer which made me ecstatic! I will definitely use him again.

He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the appropriate parts with him so he was able to remedy the problem immediately. We were billed what we felt was a fair price, comparatively for other service calls we had quoted, and would recommend his services in the future.
