Description of Work: Ice maker died. Mr. Rice showed up and diagnosed the problem. Installed a new ice maker that afternoon that works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Had to go under the dryer by removing the front part of the pedestal to get to the dryer vent. Repaired the connection after checking flow of exhaust. Removed lower part of the dryer and replaced the dryer elements. Suggested we vent differently. Checked our refrigerator. Informed us that it was on recall for a number of problems.

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. I had a freezer that was in the process of dying, and the guy showed up. It doesn't get any better than that. When we first called this morning, they said he will come but between 4:30/5 this afternoon. Then around 10:30 am they had a cancellation and called to see if he could come then. This is worth noting. His card is on my refrigerator, and I will use him in the future.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Our 10 year old clothes washer was leaking. We didn't want to replace it because it is part of a stacked unit and we didn't need a new dryer. B&B determined there was a hole in the tub and were able to patch the tub. The washer is working perfectly. We've used them before and have always been completely satisfied.

Description of Work: They were quick to come and repair our dryer. Finding quarters in the pump they handed them to my husband and informed him that our dryer wasn't coin operated.

+ -1 moreI have a rental unit and the dishwasher was making an awful noise. They came out to look at it and it was just a plastic straw that was lodged in it. They charged a service fee that should have been less expensive than it was for the 5 minutes that they were there. If they would have charged less I would have been happier.

Description of Work: I noticed that the freezer contents were melted on Sunday evening. I called & left a message on their machine. They called back at 8:30 AM on Monday morning. They got here at 9:45 AM on Monday morning. Repairs completed by 10:15 AM on Monday morning. Two very pleasant & professional gentlemen.

+ -1 moreI called B and B after another company came out and said they didn't know what was wrong and they would be back in 5 days to do another check with the correct equipment. I called around 3:00PM and Michael was at our house in about 1 hour. He also needed more equipment, but, came back with it in about 45 mins. and that evening he put in freon and ordered a new fan. On Saturday around noon, he came back to see if the freon was working. He was ready to do more investigation if not. It was working and he came back on Tuesday and installed the fan. We were so happy to not be without a refrigerator for several days and he charged less for the service call than the previous company that didn't even figure out the problem.
Description of Work: Spent quite a long time trying to figure out why the refrigerator stopped cooling. Added freon, ordered and later replaced the fan and checked day after putting in freon to see if it was cooling.
