+ 1 moreThey had to remove a huge fallen tree. The electrical box was pulled right off her house, so they had to replace the electrical box, roof damage and haul off all the debris. They did a great job and accommodated my elderly mother's needs very well. Very patient and contentious company. I would highly recommend Rex Lail's ServiceMaster.
Description of Work: Rex Lail and the ServiceMaster crew were great to work with when a water oak fell in my mother's front yard in Hickory, crushing a truck in the driveway and taking down power lines for two houses. Nationwide Insurance recommended ServiceMaster. I take care of my mother's needs from 75 miles away. Mr. Lail and his contractors were prompt, attentive and very courteous to my mother. I could not have asked for better service.
