+ -1 moreFirst of all it took 3 weeks to get a quote. When I received the quote it was via text with a snap shot of the quote which was wrinkled and difficult to see. So I text him questions about what sort of product he was going to apply and his reply was “ apply it myself and good luck “ I simply wanted him to justify his price and he simply would not. Definitely not the business guy I want to do business with.

+ -1 moreWilliams called a day prior to service, and performed the job as I expected. Neat; not sloppy.
Description of Work: Needed basic driveway sealcoat plus treatment for small areas of cracking. Williams was very responsive and provided a reasonable quote. They provided a date window when the work would be done.

Description of Work: The started the re[air and sealing of cracks in the blacktop and total sealing of the driveway will take place in the spring. The did well -- fast and efficient, responded promptly and took quick action for a reasonable price.

+ -1 moreHe sealed all the cracks in preparation for winter, and will finish up come spring when it's a bit warmer. He did a good job, and was very pleasant. He came right away, and didn't apply any pressure to the situation.
