+ 0 moreI thought that the best part of working with Tom was the communication. Both of my houses are old (one built in 1898) which means that you find some unexpected things in the walls or under the house that require some large adjustments and some very creative solutions to make the project work. He always stayed smiling and was careful to keep the costs very reasonable for the amount of extra work he had to do to accommodate the issues. I love the end product (new bath and kitchen) and I appreciate all the little repairs that got done in a very timely manner on the 2nd house.
Description of Work: I have used Tom Frierson on two of my houses. He did a major remodel of kitchen and bath in one home and some repair work (roof and floors) in the other. I was very happy with the work. He always communicated well about the timelines of the projects - because both of my homes are historic homes, there were several unexpected snags, but he quickly came up with solutions that allowed the historic features of the home to be highlighted. He put in a beautiful bathroom with a lot of tile work in a space that was challenging, and I ended up with a beautiful bathroom in what I thought was unusable space! Additionally he did a kitchen remodel in the same home and I just love the finished look and functionality. He is professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting repair or remodel work done.
