We have used them for 30 years when we used to live in New Jersey. I have a tenant in the house and the tenant was complaining that they came out at least 5 times to take measurements to look at the problem. It just got annoying to the tenant that they had to keep coming out before they decided how to fix it. It wasn't that the fix didn't work, it was just that nobody could decide what was the right one to fix it and in the mean time, my tenant didn't have hot water. They were trying to help us fix it correctly and fix it without putting in a whole new furnace which would have been $8,000. I appreciated their effort from that point of view that they were trying to make sure they got it right, but I felt it took a little longer than it should have to make it right. I don't know about the quality because I haven't been to the house this year, but the tenant was happy. The tenant said they showed up every time they were supposed to. They are a good, reliable company. They have been around a long time. Every repair I ever had to do had worked well. I never had them repair something and it was wrong, and I had to make them come back. They have always done a good job for me and always been pretty responsive. If we are out of heat in the middle of winter, they are there.
