It is a Christian-based organization. They try to be very kind and courteous. They have integrity. Their pricing is very good. I do not know why except for maybe I have given them so much business. I have told many neighbors and friends about them. We are paying the same price for maintenance sprays for the last seven or eight years. They never increased on us. I would not say that about everybody because I do not think they do the same price for everybody, but I think they do if you give them the most references. When it comes to promptness, sometimes, they are not as prompt for the regular schedule. Sometimes, I call them and tell them that I have the thing in a few months and then, they pop right in, but actually being on the schedule, they are not so great. When they tell you they are going to be there, they are there. In all of our years, we only had them come back one time and that was really rainy and ants came back. They handled every problem we have had with no issues.
