Description of Work: Exceptional work and work ethic. Does an excellent carpentry job and also did a whole house steam clean and paint job. So glad I found him!

+ 0 moreMitch Waldroop is punctual and very thorough. He has done an outstanding job at my home. He has pretty much gone over the entire home and given me estimates on various projects that need to be done. Needless to say, he will be doing them for me!
Description of Work: Mitch Waldroop has waterproofed my basement, built a new porch and done various remodeling projects for me.

Description of Work: The provider was to stop a leak in the top of the chimney. He said putting a concrete cap on top and waterproofing the sides would do the job.I agreed to the work with the proviso that he had to guarantee that there would be no leak for at least 3 years. He signed the document. This year (after 1 and 1/2 years) a leak again appeared in the same location. I called Mitch twice and got no response. I E-mailed him and got no response. I am now planning to take him to small claims court to try to make him honor his signed contract. I would not recommend him for asny type of work. H does not honor his commitments!
