Jim is a first-rate computer guy. He speaks tech (AKA geek) language fluently, but also speak ordinary English which allows him to communicate clearly with the customer. He appears to run his business with a "customer service" priority philosophy. In addition to routine servicing, he also provides an on-line off-site backup solution and remote service contracts. He brought my new computer on-line, installed some software that I was having trouble with, and set up my MS Outlook program and files -- something that can always be tricky to accomplish/repair/correct. All good. And I am sure that if I had known about him before purchasing the computer elsewhere, I could have saved a lot of $$$ and grief.
Description of Work: I purchased a custom-built computer from an on-line company. It arrived with several problems, and I call Jim to see if he could resolve them. He did. Services included supplying a CD Rom drive, re-installing the Ethernet driver, and other new-computer services.
