They just send us one bill for everything which is convenient. You might have one or two times a year, depending on how cold the temperature gets, were it slows down or you will have no internet connection for like an hour. That is very rare though. They don't have local contacts so you have to track somebody down on the side of the road and say, "Hey, this is my issue, can you please put this work order in for me".
Description of Work: I use them for my landline, internet and the dish network.
