+ -1 moreI am very unhappy with Century Link's internet service. They are the only provider in my area so I have no choice but to use them. They advertised TV and and internet together for $59.99 a month but once I received my first bill , the total was over $82.00 with the taxes added to it. I dropped the TV part of the package. Just the internet is $65.00 a month or with a years contract the price goes down to $45.00 a month. In the past, in another location, I used Time Warner as my internet provider. They were wonderful. The service I get now is not even in a class with Time Warner. The speeds are so much slower with Century Link. If you have a choice in internet providers, stay away from Century Link.

+ -1 moreThe installer tested the line and found a problem from the pole to the house. He repaired the line and in a few days the line was buried. They provided prompt service.
Description of Work: Phone had static and it was very hard to hear anyone.
