Description of Work: Gas fired boiler is old and I wanted to find out about replacing it. They said it has plenty of life left in it, that I should not replace it. But the expansion tank was not working right (a problem that should have been detected at the last preventive maintenance visit somebody else did). They replaced the tank for a very reasonable cost, and made a couple of other inexpensive suggestions to make the boiler work better.

+ -1 moreMy son recommended Cliff. He was able to come that day because we really needed to get it done before we could leave for vacation. He was here within 2 hours of calling him. He had to go under the house and fix the pipe. It didn’t take him long at all, only about an hour. His price was great, and he was actually under his quoted estimate. He was professional and we would call him back.
Description of Work: He repaired a toilet and flange that had broken.
