+ -1 moreMr. Gutshall Sr. arrived exactly on time. He was polite, professional, and went straight to work. He had my computer back to tip top shape in a short time and didn't try pushing me to buy software, or anything else. I greatly appreciate that from him because most people are always trying to get you to upgrade. My computer is up to date, works great, and I couldn't be more pleased with Mr. Gutshall's performance and prices. I know who I will call if I need help again, and if I am in the market for a new or used computer.
