concrete driveways
 + -1 moreDetails are all provided above. I have kept texts between the two of us. One of the many times he told me he was coming and he didn't show I texted him. His response to my saying he was not considerate was that he was still at work at approximately 6 pm. He was supposed to have been at my home at 4 pm. Never showed up at all and never called or texted. He was the one that set the day and time, not me. Extremely unprofessional.
Description of Work: Provider was supposed to put concrete down over gravel driveway, do saw cuts, drill hole for gate post and said he would bring topsoil to put down length of drive. Concrete was poured week before Thanksgiving. Said he would be back to do sawcuts. He had an illness and then cold weather set in. He never called to tell me any of this. Had to hear it from other people. Finally got a hold of him in April 2013. Kept telling me he was coming then didn't show up. When I brought up the topsoil he said he was going to do that as a gift suggested by his uncle. Never showed up to complete job. Never called. When I told him I was considering legal action he didn't flinch.
