I don't think there was a cost, because we bought our unit from them. We have never used anyone else since we have had this house. We did shop around with other companies in the area. No one had a better price or better quality product.

Went well they were on time and completed the job within the time allotted.

We have used Troutman many times. They are always prompt, professional and absolutely trust worthy. They get my highest marks.

Despite our worst fears, technician arrived on date promised, took a look and replaced a capacitor. Buttoned up the unit, accepted a check and left within about 45 minutes. Can't recommend the honesty and integrity of this company enough. We have had them do repair work for us at our old house in Troutman well over a decade ago; honest, fair, high quality and reasonably priced. About 8-10 years ago we had them come out to our house in Mooresville and move the outdoor unit to another, less disturbing location around the side of the house; they moved that unit, remounted the air-handler which had been improperly installed in the crawlspace and performed maintenance on the system for a very reasonable cost, quickly and without fuss and it has been working without problems until the capacitor malfunctioned. Unlike many in this business, these people are very trustworthy and provide exceptional services. The reason I dropped them a point in the 'Professionalism' category was because the technician didn't call immediately before he arrived at the door, was not wearing an identifiable uniform and did a poor job of introducing himself. But man, was he good when he got to work.

They are the best. I have been using them for years. They are fabulous and very trustworthy. They are also reasonably priced. I have never had a bad experience with them.
