CWF was wonderful! The company was great with communication and their workers showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after their work and our new fence looks amazing! The price was very straightforward (priced per foot) for a great quality fence. I would highly recommend them for any fencing needs.

Great! Mike Burski was punctual and responsive. I had fencing installed to replace some old fencing, including a gate. They did a great job, and were done in just a few hours. I highly recommend this company, and would hire them again.

It was impossible to settle on a schedule for him to even come out to perform the estimate. He explained that he only does this part-time and he was going out of town for a week for St. Patrick's Day. I gave up when we were still trying to agree on a day/time and he shot my suggestion down and just said, "Let's just shoot for another day." That was it. He didn't even offer another time. I don't think he wanted the business.

Carolina Wood Fence repaired our existing split rail fence, wire mesh and gates. Excellent communication, reasonable price and quality work. The crew took the time to walk me through the finished product and ensure I was satisfied.

Terrible- company is based on past work done by his father Mike for 30 yrs- Brent has no clue what he's doing and hires installers with no experience. All posts should have been concreted but were dry set instead- fence is very flimsy and not installed properly- all panels were supposed to be 6 ft wide but they cut numerous sizes- it's supposed to be privacy but you can see daylight thru all the panels- one of the installer's brought his Pit Bull to my house without my knowledge or approval which is a huge liability risk on my end- they asked my neighbors if they wanted to help install the fence- parts are damaged and wrong colors- we fired them and will have to start over- Never hire of trust this company

Great service, I would highly recommend this company. No problems at all from start to finish, Brent stayed in contact the whole time.

They were fabulous. Finished right on time, hauled off the old fence and the new fence is wonderful.

As smoothly as it could have. Brent gave a quote that was the best I found in the market, then scheduled the job promptly. The crew he sent was diligent, professional, and did the job with minimal impact to the yard and beds. The final job looks great and is far sturdier than what was there before. Highly recommend them.

The installers were on time, trimmed the hedge, worked hard all day, finished, cleaned up and took away all the pieces of fence they trimmed. They asked us several times about the fence line and if that would be okay? We are pleased with the results.

I am a very satisfied customer. The installation crew and their foreman Mike did a fine job of listening as we went over the job and then planning and problem solving for the installation. It all went really well and the end result is excellent

They responded within 24 hours, came out for estimate within the next 24 hours and repaired it the following day. I thought both gates needed to be replaced, but he told me that I didn't need to do that. He said that he could just rebuild/repair them with new hardware and minor structural changes. In 90 degree heat he came out on a Saturday morning and was done in 3-4 hours. The gates are better than when they were first built. Awesome!!

I began the process of purchasing a fence by meeting with one of the owners Brent. He was professional, helpful and got back to me with and estimate and lots of helpful information. He then answered all of my question and kept me informed with everything I needed to know. He did all of this in a very timely manner. So I made the decisions to move forward. I can"t say enough about the team of guys who arrived at my home. They took the time to go back over everything with me. They were patient with my questions, helped me make final decisions, and most of all were simply just kind. I feel as if they really cared about making things look right. They positioned my gates in the perfect places and even smoothed out and area where we had removed a tree.They even handled a neighbor who at the last minute was questioning the position of my fence. I am beyond pleased with my fence and a big thumbs up for all the guys who worked so hard in the scorching heat to make my yard look awesome! Thank you for just being good all around nice people.

Brent communicated with me to let me know exactly what day the work would be completed. His crew showed up early morning on the day of the install and were professional and courteous. They worked very hard until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Btw, it was 100 degrees the day of the install. We made several changes to the hvac screening during installation to improve functionality. This was not problem. They guys cleaned up the job site when they left. My fence looks great! This is the second time I have used Carolina Wood Fence and I would use them again!

I had a fence installed by Carolina Wood Fence. They installed a privacy fence with two single gates and one double gate. Initially, despite some rough edges and uneven boards, I was mostly pleased with the work. A month or so after the work was complete, we had higher than usual wind gusts, it broke the double gate. There was a stabilizer bar in the ground on only one of the two gates so when the wind blew it violently shook the gates, tearing the one without the bar apart, breaking boards and tearing out the hinge. After the gate broke, I called them to fix it. I felt like it should have withstood the wind (it wasn't an extraordinary storm) and that it should be under warranty but they did not agree. In the end I paid a moderate fee to have them rebuild part of the gate. They didnt want to do the work, they made that very clear by their surly attitude and comments when they were doing the repair. I felt that they didn't do a great job on the repair and several neighbors and acquaintances agreed. Split boards remained and the left gate curve on the top was very different from the rest of the fence and supposedly matching gate. The right gate was nearly three inches longer in height than the left and looked mismatched and really bad. When I called to complain about how they did the work, the owner said he would come out if I wanted. I felt that was not a professional response. I sent photos and the work was clearly not done well. As a business owner I felt he should WANT to come out to see it in person and assess it for himself. He never did. After a few emails they finally agreed to come back and fix it. They came with what I felt was a very condescending and unprofessional attitude and essentially said "we will do it however you tell us to do it." As he said that he gestured at the fence and said, "you just say how far from the ground." They made it very clear that they resented being there and did not appreciate me asking them to fix it. I tried to have a conversation about it and come to reasonable agreement but they said they were there to "make me happy so they didn't get called back in two weeks". I have never been treated that way by someone who purports to be a professional. Although they say they warrant their work, I never received anything in writing and if my last experience is any indication, I believe their warranty would consist of resistance and lack of professionalism. One last thing. I don't believe these men would have spoken to my husband in the condescending way they spoke to me. It is unfortunate that even in 2016 women are still not afforded respect. At the time I was working with these guys I was also having people in to give me quotes on my yard work and to repair my furnace. I met with 3 different companies about the furnace and from quote to repair every one of them were courteous, respectful and professional.

Overall an excellent experience from project estimation to completion. The crew was friendly, punctual, and professional. We discussed the work to be performed prior to getting started to ensure that we were aligned on expectation. The job was completed within the day and the result is very high quality & exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this company.

Carolina Wood Fence performed the project ahead of schedule with quality workmanship and materials. The fence looks great. Further, of the 5 fence companies contacted, they were the only ones that provided an estimate in the time frame promised. We would recommend this company and plan on using them for our fencing needs going forward.

I found this company through Angie's List and highly recommend it. I worked mostly with Brent Spath. He and his father own the business. Brent came out to do the quote and again on the day the fence went in. The two men who did the work were great - punctual, polite, happy to answer questions. Communication was excellent all the way through the process. He promptly returned phone calls and email and kept me updated along the way. I am part of a homeowner's association that required extra information and advocacy and Brent went above and beyond to make sure the requirements were met. I now have an enclosed back yard and am so pleased. The fence is solid and beautiful. These guys are great to work with!

It went great. They told me exactly were to go locally to get the product. When I ran into an issue at the store they spoke with the salesperson and clarified the product with them. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
